Many people couldn’t understand why I filed the mandamus writ 9 days after @Ripple was sued. In truth, I was asking the @SECGov to amend the Complaint and only allege #XRP was a security the way Ripple marketed and sold it, b/c the token itself is just code. The SEC refused.
