Lawyer Fred Rispoli on twitter commented the SEC has filed a letter requesting to seal portions of the parties’ oppositions. He noted:
«the personal financial information of one of the SEC’s experts» most likely means (a) the inordinate amount of money the expert receives from being the SEC’s go-to hired gun; (b) the amount of money the expert has made in crypto; and/or (c) the expert’s crypto holdings.
