On Twitter, Xumm Wallet recently warned about scammers. Was noted:
We’re seeing an uptick in the amount of scams PRETENDING to be Xumm Support, NFT minting support, etc. They e.g. tell Xumm is outdated or ask you visit some website to update/upgrade/fix it/get help. Their sites or fake support DM will ask for secrets. DO NOT SHARE THEM!
If you engage, you’ll be scammed and lose all your funds. Xumm support is ONLY provided through the in-app Xumm Support xApp. Social media support CANNOT BE TRUSTED (lots of impersonation happening). In doubt? DO NOT ENGAGE. Open Xumm. Open the Xumm Support xApp & verify.
