There is but please note it is not needed to import a Ledger Nano into XUMM, using e.g. http://xrptoolkit.com (third party, but trusted tool) you can do everything you want/need on the XRP Ledger straight from your browser, with your Ledger Nano.

If you are certain you want to import your Ledger Nano XRP account into XUMM, you can add an account, select the “Mnemonic” secret type and import your 24 words into XUMM. Before you do so (instead of using e.g. XRP Toolkit) please read this article.
