Investor and crypto expert Ben Armstrong on twitter again criticized the SEC, saying that the lawsuit is a shame for the organization. He noted: 

I don’t think you guys understand how embarrassing the SEC has gotten by the #ripple case. They have been totally exposed as the frauds they are. For all you $XRP haters out there, @bgarlinghouse and company are doing the Lord’s work. At minimum, SEC is getting restructured.

Previously Fred Rispoli commented that the Ripple Defendants have filed their Response to the SEC’s Objections. Also John E Deaton wrote an appeal to the leadership of the SEC.
