Remember the SEC claimed I didn’t have a right to reply b/c I “mislabeled” my motion. I disagreed, citing the rules and arguing I do get a reply. The judge agreed w/me. But to keep it real, the first time I filed 18 months ago, I did misread her local rules so I was 😓 a bit.😂
