A netizen on Twitter recently named an ace in the sleeve in a lawsuit. She noted:
There’s one wild card in this whole Ripple v SEC lawsuit. John Deaton and the 70,000+ XRP holders. The SEC has tried to exclude us not once, but twice. That should tell you how much they don’t want the Judge to hear us in this case. WE are the ACE in the sleeve.
