The SEC has filed, UNDER SEAL, its Motion for Summary Judgment against the Ripple Defendants. It has also filed a Declaration of Daphna A. Waxman with, by my count, approximately 400 Exhibits and/or sub-Exhibits.

He also added:

It is unclear, because it under seal, whether the Memorandum of Law in Support of the Motion was filed together with the Motion and whether the Rule 56.1 Statement was filed together with the Declaration. That is not how it was done in Telegram, but every case is different.
