Random Ripple/SEC lawsuit thoughts: 1. Yes it’s still happening, and yes we have a long way to go 2. The SEC does have a case, and this isn’t a conspiracy 3. What is a shame is they took 7 (I think?) years to come forward with a case. That evidences how flawed the system is.

He also added:

4) the money Ripple has spent on this lawsuit could have actually been used for good instead 5) I wish our regulators were more forward-thinking 6) I think the SEC is gearing up to make some new moves and lawsuits
